Privacy Policy (GDPR)
We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. The security of your data and lawful processing is our top priority. Below you will find how we process your personal data and how we keep it safe.

Your personal data is processed by Little Dreamer Club o.z., a Slovak civic association with registered office at Tri vody VI 1672/42, 900 45 Malinovo, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 55 968 678, Tax ID (DIČ): 2122624614, Registration No.: VVS/1-900/90-68810 (District Office Bratislava), e-mail: riaditelka@littledreamer.sk (the “Controller”).
What personal data we process
We process only the personal data we strictly need so that your child can attend the activities we organize. This data primarily includes your name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, and your child’s personal data — name, surname, address, and information about health.
Why we process your personal data
We process your personal data so that your child can attend the activities or events we organize and so that we can fulfill the related contractual and legal obligations. With your consent, we will also inform you about news and offers related to the activities we organize.
Our legitimate interest
If your child has previously attended or currently attends our preschool, classes or play groups, we may inform you about news and offers without your separate consent on the legal basis of legitimate interest, where this is necessary for our legitimate purposes. The legitimate interest in this case is direct marketing. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can let us know any time at riaditelka@littledreamer.sk.
How you can give consent
You can give consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of receiving news and offers by ticking the relevant checkbox on a form on our website, or by signing the informed consent of the legal guardian on paper.
How you can withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by:

- post to Little Dreamer Preschool, Starohájska 3, 851 02 Bratislava, Slovakia,
- handing over a written notice at the Controller’s registered office.
Persons under 16 years of age
The website is not intended for persons under the age of 16. Where we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you can give us consent only if you are at least 16 years old. We do not process the personal data of persons under 16.

We disclose your personal data to an external accounting firm that handles our bookkeeping:

How long we keep your personal data
Documents related to the activities are kept for 5 years; accounting records are kept for 10 years. If you give us consent to process your personal data, the consent is valid for 5 years.
Not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with how we process your personal data, please let us know at riaditelka@littledreamer.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov) if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
How we process your personal data
We process your personal data in electronic and paper form. We do not use any means of automated individual decision-making.
How we secure your personal data
The security of your personal data is our top priority. To ensure its protection we have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures, including a strong-password policy.
Your rights
Right of access
You have the right to know whether we process your personal data. If we do, you may request access to it. Upon your request we will issue a confirmation with information on how your personal data is processed by us.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have your personal data accurate, complete and up to date. If your personal data is inaccurate or out of date, you may request a correction or completion.
Right to erasure
Under certain circumstances you have the right to have your personal data erased. You may request erasure at any time. We will erase your personal data if: we no longer need it for the purpose for which it was provided; you withdraw your consent; you object to processing; we process your data unlawfully; the data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation; or you (or the parent of the child) consented to processing online while the data subject was a child.
Right to restriction of processing
You may ask us to restrict processing of your personal data. If we comply, we will only store your data and not process it further. Restriction applies if: you tell us your personal data is inaccurate, until we verify accuracy; processing is unlawful but you object to erasure and request restriction instead; we no longer need the data but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; you object to processing pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override your reasons.
Right to data portability
You have the right to ask us to provide your personal data in an electronic format (e.g. XML or CSV) so you can easily transfer it to another company. You can also ask us to transmit your personal data directly to another company. We will comply where you have provided the data directly to us and have given consent to its processing.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If we process your data for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time. Following such objection we will erase your personal data. Where we process your data for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, on the basis of our legitimate interest, or for profiling, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

We will address each of your requests and inform you of the outcome by the same means as you submitted the request.
Final provisions
These privacy principles take effect on the date of their publication. We reserve the right to modify these principles if there is a change in how we process personal data.
